We are looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on ownership. You won’t just be a cog in a machine; you will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value targets to orchestrating the demo, navigating the negotiation, and closing the contract.

What You Will Do (The End-to-End Cycle)

You will own the revenue number. This is a "Hunter" role that requires you to be tactical in outreach and strategic in closing.

  • Phase 1: Hunt & Qualify (25%)
    • Build and execute outbound campaigns using Kloudlyn’s own tools to target VPs of Support, CX Leaders, and Heads of Sales.
    • Identify high-value prospects in target verticals (E-commerce, Fintech, Healthcare, Logistics) who are stuck using legacy telephony or disjointed AI tools.
    • Relentlessly qualify leads to ensure we are pitching to decision-makers with budget.
  • Phase 2: Orchestrate the Solution (35%)
    • Run discovery calls that go deep into the prospect's operational pain points (e.g., high wait times, agent burnout, lack of QA).
    • Deliver high-impact demos of the Kloudlyn OS—showcasing not just our Voice Agents, but our Enterprise Telephony, CRM Integrations, and Auto-QA Dashboards.
    • Tailor the pitch: Sell "Efficiency" to Operations Directors and "Revenue Growth" to Sales Leaders.
  • Phase 3: Close & Commercials (40%)
    • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (Stakeholder mapping, Security/SOC2 review, Legal).
    • Build commercial proposals that maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while offering clear ROI to the client.
    • Close deals and ensure a seamless "warm handoff" to our Customer Success team.



Who You Are

  • The Architect Salesperson: You don't just sell features; you sell a transformation. You can explain how an "OS" differs from a standard dialer.
  • Full-Cycle Warrior: You don’t need an SDR to book your meetings or a VP to close them. You are comfortable doing both cold outreach and contract negotiation.
  • Tech-Savvy: You understand the vocabulary of the Contact Center (SIP, VOIP, CRM integration, API, Warm Transfer) and the modern AI stack (LLMs, Latency, Agentic Workflows).

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS Sales (preferably in CCaaS, CRM, or AI-automation space).
  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas for end-to-end sales cycles (finding your own leads and closing them).
  • Skillset: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Odoo), sales navigators, and conducting consultative remote demos.
  • Mindset: "Consultative Hunter." You listen more than you talk, but you always drive the conversation toward a close.
